Wow, life gets crazy. I am back from my mission trip to Papua New Guinea. It was good. I worked hard, learned a lot and hopefully touched the people as much as they touched me.

I want to share what God did with us over there. He showed us that all He wants of us is ALL of us right now. It is not about what you can do for Him in 10 years that matters it is what you are doing this minute to minister to His children. Before the trip I was so focused on what it would be like to one day be a missionary. What I learned was that missionaries are simply Christians living out their faith in another country. I can be doing that now.

Mark, one of the guys who went with me to Papau New Guinea spoke on the passage "The harvest is pleantiful but the workers are few." He talked about the need to care for our family gardens then to go work for the big gardens. God wants us to start our ministry right where we are and with our family. What stood out the most to me is when he reminded us that the harvest is ready NOW. Not when we finish school, not when we get older, not anything. God is ready to use us now where we are. That is so cool!

So that is where I am now. I am looking for ways to have God use me now. I am trying to show His love to everyone of His children I see.

Life is still good. I am gonna be RA of Sarah Johnson next year! I am very excited about that. I am rooming with Alicia Kraus. She is wonderful, and I am looking forward to rooming with her. So, Yea, 3 weeks left. I can't wait to be done for this year. On a not so positive note, I only have half of my needed support in for my missions trip. I am going to PNG in May. So yea, still praying about that.

Today has been a long day. I have a paper to do for tomorrow, and other than that, I am looking forward to relaxing. I am planning on watching a movie with some girls on the hall. That is life for tonight. Oh yes, things are good with Scott. We have had to work through things, but he is wonderful!

I am a math Educaion major, but let me tell you that it can be very frustrating at times. I like some stuff and can't stand some of it. I am currently trying to just make it through. Gotta graduate, gotta graduate, gotta graduate...
